This AGM is a special one as it will be the official merger of our two Societies.
The new name to vote upon at the AGM is ‘The Littlehampton Community & History Society’ and the logo can be viewed at the head of this letter.
We are merging to amalgamate our memberships for the best possible chance to thrive as a community group, and because we have complementary aims.
Whether or not to remain a Charity is high on our list of topics as it entails the fulfillment of certain criteria. This includes a minimum number of committee members and trustees. Please see paperwork, below, as we will be taking a survey as to how our membership would like to proceed.
